Official Sweepstakes Rules – “Choose Your Favorite Proofpoint Player” Sweepstakes
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Official Rules”) contain the complete rules governing the “Choose your favorite Proofpoint Player” Sweepstakes (hereinafter the “Sweepstakes”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DEMO BOOKING, SALES MEETING, NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION, OR CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026, or any of their affiliates, sponsors, or official partners.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 11, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is open exclusively to external participants. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, distributors, reseller partners, managed service providers (MSPs), other channel partners, as well as any person involved in the organization, administration, promotion, or execution of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or win. This restriction extends to their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who breaches these Official Rules.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit [insert landing page URL] during the Promotion Period, complete the Sweepstakes entry form, select the Proofpoint Player that would best support you in the fight against cyber threats, and submit the form.
Limit: one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Promotion Period.
Automated, scripted, robotic, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, delayed, undelivered, or technically corrupted entries.
Participation in the Sweepstakes is free and does not require any purchase, payment, demo booking, sales meeting, contract conclusion, newsletter subscription, or marketing consent.
5. Prize
One winner will receive the following prize:

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD 249.00
The prize is awarded “as is” and is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, redeemed for cash, or exchanged, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Any prize details not expressly stated in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
6. Odds of Winning
The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
7. Winner Selection
After the end of the Promotion Period, one potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor will review all entries received and remove any invalid, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, bulk, or otherwise non-compliant entries. Each remaining eligible entry will be assigned a unique sequential number. The potential winner will be selected by random drawing using a documented random number generator or equivalent auditable randomization process that produces verifiably random results. The drawing will be carried out by Sponsor or its designee and witnessed or reviewed by a second representative of Sponsor. Sponsor will keep an internal record of the drawing, including the number of eligible entries, the method used, the selected potential winner, and any alternate potential winners. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date on which the prize notification is sent, or within such other period stated in the notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within this period, is found or deemed to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize, cannot be reached despite reasonable efforts, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize for any reason, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, shipping information, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to a valid residential or business address in the United States, excluding Rhode Island, as provided by the verified winner.
Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs. Any additional costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules, including but not limited to taxes, fees, optional delivery services, assembly, installation, accessories, or costs related to accepting or using the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the winner, shipping carrier issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.
The value of the prize may be taxable income to the winner. Sponsor may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation if required by applicable law. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form if required by law.
11. Business Compliance and Gift Acceptance Policies
Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of any prize comply with all laws, regulations, employer policies, procurement rules, gift and entertainment policies, ethics rules, and other obligations applicable to them.
This is particularly relevant for employees, representatives, or agents of companies, government entities, public-sector organizations, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, regulated entities, or organizations subject to special gift acceptance or procurement rules.
If a potential winner is prohibited from accepting the prize or fails to obtain any required approval, the potential winner must promptly notify Sponsor, and Sponsor may declare the prize forfeited and select an alternate potential winner.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, company name where applicable, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, manage entries, select and notify potential winners, deliver the prize, handle related communications, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
The personal information processed may include, in particular:
• first name and last name;
• business contact details, including email address;
• company name, where requested in the form;
• country, state, or business address, where requested in the form;
• in the event of winning, delivery address and telephone number for delivery purposes.
Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary for the administration and documentation of the Sweepstakes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Personal information of non-winning entrants will be deleted no later than three (3) months after completion of the Sweepstakes, unless further retention is permitted by applicable law. Personal information of the winner may be retained for up to one (1) year for documentation, tax, accounting, or legal purposes, or longer where required by applicable law.

Participation in the Sweepstakes is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing communications. If an entrant separately opts in to receive marketing communications, such communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor’s privacy policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in such communications.
14. General Conditions
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or provides false or misleading information.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, legal restrictions, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the cancellation, suspension, modification, or termination, if feasible and lawful.
15. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, delivery, or inability to use the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, software, server, website, internet, email, or other failures or errors; unauthorized human intervention; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Winners List

18. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
