Access to essentials security awareness product will be retained for 30 days following migration.
How long will the migration take?
The migration has been designed to be simple and seamless. We have built the Essentials migration directly into the 365 Total Protection onboarding flow, so the experience feels the same as onboarding a new customer today.
During onboarding, you will simply be asked if you want to migrate the existing Essentials configuration at the same time. Once confirmed, the platform will onboard the tenant and automatically migrate the relevant configuration in the background, allowing you to move customers across without adding extra operational steps.
